Brief

A long vacant laundromat has been reimagined into a mixed-use development with residential offerings and a neighborhood coffee house.

Interior design firm Jackson Creative Group designed the commercial interior space reflects Parisian cafe culture, creating a warm environment suitable for studying, meetings, or unwinding.

The one-bedroom and studio residences each offer well proportioned floor-plans and modern finishes.
