Brief

This two-year long development of The Brayton School in North Providence preserved the existing facade and reimagined the interior footprint for modern living.

In 2022, the Brayton School reopens after extensive restoration and renovation of the existing structure featuring studio, one-bedroom, and loft style layouts.

These nine boutique residences are available for rent. Experience modern living in a historical footprint.
