Jennifer brings a strong, people-focused background to real estate, having spent much of her career in healthcare before transitioning into the industry in September 2025. A lifelong Rhode Island resident who grew up in the Providence area, she has a deep connection to the community she now serves.

Through consistency and a sharp attention to detail, Jennifer quickly advanced into her role as Office Manager at Strive, where she supports daily operations across all facets of the business-from leasing coordination and administrative management to accounting and brokerage support. She's often the go-to for just about everything whether it's a real estate question, a leasing issue, a cup of coffee, or even a quick pep talk.

Currently pursuing her real estate license, Jennifer is focused on continuing to grow within the industry and expanding her expertise.
